Exchanges
All items are available for exchange or store credit only. No returns or refunds are permitted. Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order. Items must be returned in original conditions, unused and unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached within 7 days of order receipt.
To start an exchange:
- Log into your account or create an account with the email address used for your order.
- Initiate an exchange by clicking the "return request" button.
- Once your return request is accepted you will be invoiced for the return shipping and a label will be sent to you via email.
- Print your label and return to USPS. Your exchange will be sent out when your return arrives at the fulfillment center.
*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
